Terms of service

By using purrshirecoffee.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The site is run by The Earl Of Purrshire ("Purrshire," "we," "us"), PO Box 1359, East Otis, MA 01029.

1. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

2. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we never see or store your full card number.

3. Shipping and refunds. Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy and refunds by our Refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

4. Products. Our products are food. Check each product's ingredient list before you buy, especially if you have allergies. Coffee contains caffeine except where marked decaf. Product photos are for illustration, and packaging may vary.

5. Accounts. If you create an account, keep your password private. You're responsible for orders placed through your account.

6. Our content. The Purrshire, Barklands BBQ and Salty Siren names, logos, artwork and text on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

7. Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

9. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
